Arun Kumar Saxena is a Certified Advanced Career Coach, CBSE Resource Person, author of 3 Steps to Knowing Yourself, and founder of MINDSCAN. Following a corporate leadership career at Airtel and Reliance, he helps students, professionals, and parents make informed career decisions through online counselling and mentoring across India.
MINDSCAN, founded by Certified Advanced Career Coach Arun Kumar Saxena, has guided 20,000+ students and professionals through AI-powered psychometric assessments and 1-on-1 online counselling, and has been featured in Hindustan Times.
Yes, all sessions are 100% online via video calls, making it convenient and accessible from anywhere in India or abroad.
Many students in India receive little or no structured career help and end up choosing based on family pressure or what friends pick. A professional assessment plus 1-on-1 counselling replaces guesswork with data about your strengths and interests — one right decision here can save years of course correction later.
If you’re searching for the best career counselling near you, you’re in the right place. Arun Kumar Saxena offers expert, fully online career counselling and coaching — accessible from anywhere in India or the world. Whether you’re a student, parent, or working professional, you can connect instantly via video call and WhatsApp from the comfort of your home.
Start with an aptitude & interest assessment, then match options to your strengths, subjects, and goals. I guide you step-by-step with a personalised roadmap.
The ‘best’ stream depends on aptitude, interests, and long-term goals. We run a quick profile to decide between Science, Commerce, or Arts with clear next steps.
The ideal window is Class 8 to 10 — before stream selection locks in options. Early assessment gives students time to explore interests, build relevant skills, and choose subjects with confidence. That said, career counselling adds value at every stage, from school to mid-career.
Options include Data Science, BSc (CS/IT), Biotechnology, Design/UX, Psychology, BBA-Analytics, Aviation, and more—chosen based on your strengths and profile.
Finance/Accounts (CA/CMA), Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, BMS/BBA, Law, Design, and Entrepreneurship—shortlisted after your assessment and goals.
Psychology, Design/UX, Media & Communication, Public Policy, Languages, Social Sciences, Law, and UPSC-aligned paths—tailored to your aptitude and interests.
Yes — AI is reshaping roles across industries, which is why the smarter question today is “which skills will keep me future-ready”, not just “which stream should I take”. Our guidance combines psychometric insights with current industry and skill-demand trends, so you choose paths that grow with technology instead of being replaced by it.
Yes. Sessions on Google Meet/Zoom work nationwide; you get the same clarity, a written plan, and support—without travel or scheduling issues.
It’s a research-based assessment of aptitude, interests, personality, and learning style that helps match you with best-fit careers and courses.
A typical session is 45–60 minutes. Most students need 1–2 sessions; professionals may add a follow-up for career switch strategy.
Yes. You receive a summary of your strengths, priority career paths, course/college suggestions, and next-90-days action steps.
The AI Career Clarity Report costs ₹1,499. The complete Psychometric Test + Counselling package is ₹2,999. Resume & LinkedIn services range from ₹1,499 to ₹3,699, and 1-on-1 strategy sessions from ₹2,499 to ₹4,999. Payments are accepted via UPI and Razorpay.
Choose a plan in the Plans & Pricing section and pay securely via Razorpay, or message me on WhatsApp at +91 91406 04743 — you’ll receive slots within 24 hours and a meeting link for Google Meet/Zoom.
Yes. I help shortlist courses/colleges, refine CV/LinkedIn, and plan internships, depending on your profile and goals.
Not at all. Career transitions at 30, 35, and beyond are increasingly common. We map your transferable skills, identify realistic target roles, and build a step-by-step pivot plan — including upskilling and positioning — so the switch is strategic, not risky.
